Businesses in Boulder and those considering relocation to the city in may qualify for business incentive programs offered through local and state government (see summary below). City of Boulder
The City of Boulder offers business incentive programs as part of its Economic Vitality Program.
- Flexible Rebate Program – Primary employers that meet eligibility requirements and sustainability guidelines may qualify for rebates of certain city taxes and fees.
- Microloan Program – A new Boulder Microloan Fund is being launched that would extend loans of up to $50,000 to qualifying businesses and non profit organizations with annual gross revenues of less than $2 million.
- Parks & Recreation Discount Program – Employees of businesses located in Boulder receive resident pricing on annual and multi-use passes at city recreation centers, the Boulder Reservoir, and outdoor pools.
