WSJ writer finds haute cuisine in Boulder

November 28, 2009 – Wall Street Journal – in his article, “Rocky Mountain Haute Cuisine – Truffles and saffron edge out Red Zinger tea and granola in Boulder”, Eating Out columnist Raymond Sukolov reports there is a “gourmet revolution” in the city.  Local restaurants with “inventive, top-notch cuisine” that are highlighted include The Flagstaff House, Salt, The Kitchen, Black Cat, and Frasca.
