August 11, 2009 – BusinessWeek magazine reports Boulder, Colorado has the strongest housing market in the nation based on Zillow.com’s 2nd quarter home value index. Nearly 60% of homes in the area have appreciated over the past year with an average increase in value of 2.12%.
