Frances has been the Executive Director of the Boulder Economic Council since September of 2006. She has over 20 years experience in financing, operations and marketing in the IT distribution and banking sectors. She is a Black Belt in GE’s Six Sigma Quality process. During her career she was Vice President of Risk management for GE Access Distribution where she created new financing programs and marketing outreach which allowed the company to finance a tripling of sales to over $3 billion. As Vice President of Sun Microsystems business for GE Access Distribution, Frances renegotiated pricing and rebates which increased profitability by 10% year over year in the Sun business unit which represented over $1 billion in annual sales. Frances has an MBA from University of California at Berkeley and an undergraduate degree from Stanford University.

Jennifer has been with the Boulder Economic Council since June 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and research, including work in the banking industry for more than 11 years in Michigan and Colorado. After leaving banking, Jennifer had a successful consulting practice where she provided research, planning and marketing services to clients in financial and other services industries. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University and did postgraduate work in Canada.
