Clif was named the Executive Director of the Boulder Economic Council in April 2011. He has over 10 years of economic development leadership experience in Boulder County and the metro Denver region. He has held management positions in private industries and financial services, and founded his own management consulting practice. He is known for creating innovative, award-winning programs such as Sun Microsystem’s multi-million dollar corporate responsibility and partnerships initiatives. Clif has a Master of Urban Planning degree from the University of Washington and an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado.

Jennifer has been with the Boulder Economic Council since June 2007. She has over 20 years of experience in marketing and research, including work in the financial services industry and her own communications and research consulting practice. Jennifer earned a business degree from Colorado State University and has done postgraduate work in Canada.
