Colorado Lending Source is a private, nonprofit, economic development organization with a mission to foster the economic growth of diverse small businesses within our communities. We provide SBA 504 loans for commercial real estate to small business owners throughout the state of Colorado.  This program allows small businesses to purchase, construct and/or improve primarily owner occupied commercial real estate. Under the SBA 504 loan program a bank typically provides 50% of the financing through a conventional loan, CLS then partners with this bank to secure up to 40% of the remaining project cost at a fixed rate and leaving as little as 10% for the borrower to pay down.
