Bill Reynolds - Founder & CEO, The WW Reynolds Companies
Bill Reynolds is the President and founder of the W.W. Reynolds Companies. The W.W. Reynolds Companies was founded in 1966 and is a real estate development and professional property management firm based in Boulder. During the last 40 years, Bill and his companies have developed more than two million square feet of office, commercial and residential buildings in Boulder and Fort Collins. His most recent project is the 500,000 square foot mixed-use development, One Boulder Plaza in downtown Boulder. Bill has served the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber and is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation. He was a founding member of the CU Real Estate Center and served as President of the Center. He was a founder and the first president of the University of Colorado Real Estate Foundation. The W.W. Reynolds Companies have been honored twice as NAIOP’s Colorado Chapter Developer of the Year.
